A Spanish brandy from Williams & Humbert, distilled exclusively from Airen grapes and aged for 12 years in oak casks that previously held Oloroso sherry.
It has a dark amber colour. The nose offers dried fruit such as dates and figs, vanilla, toffee, fine wood, nutmeg and a touch of cinnamon. On the palate it is velvety and rich, with caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, oak and sherry notes, and a long, persistent finish with a spicy, refined sweetness.
