Brandy Mazzetti 20y Panno Speciale is made from a refined selection of distilled pomace aged for twenty years, an expression of Piedmontese tradition. Its complex aroma shows notes of maple wood, vanilla and sweet spices, with delicate notes of dried fruit such as hazelnut and almond. Slow maturation in oak barrels gives an enveloping, soft structure with an elegant balance between softness and alcoholic drive. On the palate it is warm and persistent, with a long, harmonious finish that recalls the character of its place of origin. It suits chocolate-based desserts or aged cheeses.
