Brandy Stravecchio Monte Sabotino 20 Year Old Zanin (70cl)

A brandy from Distilleria Zanin, aged for two decades in fine wooden casks. It is produced from a careful selection of quality grape pomace and develops intense aromatic complexity. The nose opens with warm vanilla, dried fruit, tobacco and toasted wood notes; the palate is soft and enveloping, with bitter cocoa returns and a fine spicy persistence. It is suited to dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses. The hillside territory around the historic distillery in Pordenone province gives it a character reflecting Italian artisanal brandy tradition.
