A Spanish brandy from the Torres family in Catalonia, matured for 10 years.
Aged in selected oak barrels, it shows vanilla, cinnamon, toasted oak, dried apricots and dates on the nose. The palate is round and velvety, with toasted and spicy aromas, and the finish leaves notes of cocoa, leather and tobacco.
It is ideal neat as a digestif, or paired with dark chocolate or a Cuban cigar.
