A Spanish brandy from El Puerto de Santa María, aged by the Solera method. It has a bright amber colour from long ageing in American oak barrels previously used for sherry. The nose shows intense raisin, vanilla and light wood and spice notes. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a rich texture and flavours of candied fruit, chocolate and a touch of walnut, leading to a persistent, enveloping finish. It can be enjoyed neat or slightly chilled, and also works in classic and innovative cocktails.
