A brandy from Roner, made in the valleys of Alto Adige from selected grapes through slow traditional distillation. Long ageing in oak barrels gives a rich, enveloping character.
The nose offers dried fruit, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is soft and structured, with warm toasted wood notes and a persistent finish.
It is suited to sipping after a meal, with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
