Breckenridge A Blend Bourbon (75cl, 43%)

Breckenridge A Blend is a high-rye bourbon bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle by Breckenridge Distillery in Colorado. The distillery stands at 9,600 feet, among the highest in the world, and proofs its whiskey with Rocky Mountain snowmelt. Each batch blends straight bourbons aged for a minimum of three years in charred new American oak. The mash is 56% corn, 38% rye and 6% barley. The nose brings butterscotch, candied orange and apple. On the palate there is dry cacao and brown sugar, and the finish carries lingering vanilla and white pepper.
