Brenne French Single Malt is a single malt whisky distilled in the Cognac region of France from locally grown malted barley, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle.
Two varieties of heirloom barley from the estate are malted, fermented with a yeast strain that has been in the distiller's family for generations, and twice distilled in a copper Charentais alembic still. The whisky is aged in French Limousin oak barrels and used Cognac casks.
The nose is fruity with banana, mango and pastry cream, and the palate is light and creamy with tropical fruit, vanilla and gentle spice.

Ripe banana and mango, baked pear, soft vanilla, floral honey, pastry cream and almond croissant
Light and creamy, with pineapple, papaya and orange zest, then vanilla bean, soft caramel, cinnamon and clove
Medium length, clean fade of almond croissant and vanilla custard, tapering into quiet spice
