A gin produced by the Scottish distillery Brewdog. It is distilled in an Arnold Holstein still with a rectification column, using water from Scotland.
The nose shows citrus, with sharp lemon and grapefruit peel, plus pine and lavender. On the palate it is robust, with dominant juniper balanced by black pepper, cardamom and other botanicals.
It suits a classic gin and tonic or more structured cocktails, with a clean finish that invites another sip.
