Bricco Carlina Barolo DOCG is a Piedmontese red wine with deep garnet colour and orange tinges. It offers mature cherry and raspberry, violet, tobacco, leather and a light spicy note, with well-integrated oak from long ageing in oak barrels. The palate is powerful yet harmonious, with robust but velvety tannins and fresh acidity. It pairs well with rich meat dishes and aged cheeses.
