Broken Barrel Small Batch is a bourbon from Broken Barrel Whiskey. Its character comes from a blend of three kinds of cask staves: French oak makes up 40%, ex-bourbon cask 40% and sherry cask the remaining 20%.
Sherry cask staves form the smallest share of the mix, with French oak and ex-bourbon wood each providing twice as much.
