Brook Hill 15 Year is a single barrel bourbon from barrel #7005, bottled at 55.83% ABV (111.66 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It was chosen as a private selection for The Parlor Room in Bardstown, Kentucky, at a private barrel session hosted by Drew and Pablo at Willett. The same session also produced a Willett Family Estate barrel, #4242. The nose shows deep caramel, vanilla bean, dark fruit, toasted oak and baking spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with brown sugar, dark cherry, toffee, mature oak and warm spice. The finish is long and warming, with caramel, vanilla and seasoned oak.
