Brora – Coastal Highland 30 Year Old Natural Cask Strength Single Malt 2005 (70cl, 56.3%)

This is the 2005 Special Release of Brora's 30 year old single malt, the fourth edition of the bottling. It was bottled in 2005 at a natural cask strength of 56.3% in a 70cl bottle, and 3,000 bottles were released. Brora was founded in 1819 as Clynelish and closed in 1983. It is a Highland distillery known for its maritime single malt. The whisky is described as combining coastal salt, peat smoke and waxy malt with dried fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice.
