Brother's Bond Blended American Rye (47.5%)

Brother's Bond Blended American Rye is a small batch rye from the United States, distilled and aged in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The brand was co-founded in 2021 by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, with CEO Vincent Hanna. It is a four grain blend with a mash bill of 77% rye, 16% corn and 7% wheat and barley. It is bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) and has a rich golden amber colour. The nose offers toasted cereal grains, dried apricot and white pepper, with rose petals and mint. Rye spice leads the palate, alongside honey, stone fruit and soft oak. The finish is dry, warming and extra long, with ginger snap, citrus peel and beeswax.
