Brother's Bond Cask Strength is a straight bourbon from the United States, distilled in Indiana and aged in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The brand was founded in 2021 by Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. It is a high rye, four grain bourbon, bottled unfiltered and uncut at barrel proof, 57.2% ABV. The colour is old gold. The nose combines ripe banana, walnut and leather with a hint of smoke. Caramel, honey and warm rye bread lead the palate, followed by dried fruit and orange marmalade. The finish is very long and warming, with rye spice and a touch of beeswax.
