Brother's Bond Hand Selected Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Brother's Bond Hand Selected Batch is a four-grain straight bourbon created by the actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 65% corn and 22% rye, with wheat and malted barley making up the rest. The rye adds spice, the wheat gives a softer texture, and the malted barley brings nutty, caramel notes. The nose offers baked banana bread, ripe tree fruit, walnuts, orange honey and warm rye spice. The palate is round and velvety, with toasted cereal grain, honeysuckle, dried fruit, black tea and spice. The finish is fresh-cut oak, warming and balanced.
