Brother's Bond Original Cask Strength is a four-grain bourbon bottled at barrel proof, 57.9% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It is distilled using copper columns and a pot doubler, and the barrels are selected for a release that is bottled uncut.
The nose brings ripe banana, caramel and vanilla. On the palate, dried fruit, walnut and warm rye bread meet honey sweetness, and the finish carries lingering rye spice.
