Do Epic Shit is a bourbon from Browne Family Spirits, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 91% corn, 5% barley and 4% rye, and the whiskey is matured for a minimum of three years.
The nose is sharp and crisp, with lime zest, baking spices, light clove, allspice and cinnamon, and a sweetness of vanilla and young oak. Gentle oak tannins coat the mouth, with sharp, nutty notes and vanilla. The finish is almost sweet and earthy, lingering thanks to the tannin structure.
