Brugal Maestro Reserva is an aged Dominican rum bottled at 41.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle, from a house with more than 130 years of rum-making behind it.
It is made using a Dark Aromatic Toasting Technique, in which flame and cask work together. The process draws out natural caramel character from American oak sherry casks, giving a rich, layered flavour.
