A 14 year old Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, from the 2008 vintage and released under the name Cut Your Wolf Loose. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fresh orchard fruit, citrus oils and vanilla sweetness, with a coastal note. On the palate there is creamy malt, peppery spice and lemon zest, building to sweet oak. The finish is medium to long and gently drying, with lingering fruit and seaside salinity.
