Bruichladdich 1970 is a 35-year-old Islay single malt released to mark the distillery's 125th anniversary. It matured first in bourbon casks before a finish in Pinot Gris wine casks from Domaine Zind Humbrecht. Bottled in 2006 at 40.1% ABV, the release comprised 2,502 bottles. This unpeated whisky comes in a 70cl bottle, hand-signed in silver pen by distiller Jim McEwan.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
