Redder Still is a single malt from Bruichladdich, distilled in 1984 and bottled at 50.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks, then given its final character in Chateau Lafleur Pomerol Bordeaux casks. It carries the signature of distiller Jim McEwan and comes in a tin tube. The nose offers ripe strawberries, juicy plums, tart raspberries, blackcurrant, cinnamon, fresh mint and toasted oak. Red fruits lead the palate, with a silky, creamy texture, and the finish is long, with spiced plum and a little oak.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
