This is a Bruichladdich single malt from the Valinch series, made with Chalice barley grown on Islay. It was distilled on 28 November 2006 and matured for nine years in Rivesaltes casks.
Bottling was limited to 410 bottles, each in a 50cl bottle at 61% ABV.
The nose brings juicy pear and crisp apple. On the palate there is honeyed malt with dark chocolate, and the finish carries warm spices and a gentle brininess.
