Bruichladdich 2008 Islay House Feis Ile 2019 is a limited edition Islay single malt, distilled on 25 August 2008 and bottled on 15 May 2019. It matured first in refill bourbon casks, then in Bordeaux Left Bank wine casks. The release comprised 300 bottles at a cask strength of 60.3% ABV.
Citrus peel, apple, blackberry, cinnamon and mint lead into a silky palate of toffee, spiced pear, vanilla and nutmeg. The long finish brings honeyed oak, dark chocolate and gentle spice.
