Bruichladdich – Black Art 1993 Edition 10.1 29 Year Old (70cl, 45.1%)

This is Bruichladdich Black Art Edition 10.1, a 29 year old single malt from Islay in a 70cl bottle at 45.1% ABV. It belongs to the Black Art series, a limited edition run built around the craft of whisky making and the passing of time. The nose is toasted oak, chocolate praline, cedar and leather. On the palate come barley sugar, ginger nut and lemon meringue pie, which give way to toasted oak, vanilla and raisins.
