This Bruichladdich comes from the Jim McEwan Signature Collection, number 3.1, and dates from McEwan's time at the distillery. It was distilled from Islay barley in 2010, matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and bottled in 2021.
It is a single cask release at cask strength, 61.7% ABV, bottled without chill filtration or added colour. The bourbon barrel gives it a clear cask influence.
