This is a single grain rye whisky from Bruichladdich, bottled at 50% abv in a 75cl bottle. It is the only rye whisky produced on Islay, grown, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on the island.
It was aged for six years in first-fill bourbon casks and toasted virgin American oak casks.
On the palate it leads with ground ginger, cracked black pepper and warm baking spice, balanced by honey and vanilla.
