Octomore 10.3 is a single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled in 2019 at 61.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is one of four releases in the tenth Octomore edition. The barley is Concerto, grown on Islay in Irene's Field on the Octomore farm run by James Brown. It was harvested in 2012 and distilled in 2013. The whisky then spent six years maturing entirely on the island, in first-fill American whiskey casks that previously held Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace and Jack Daniel's. The phenol level is 114 PPM.
