Octomore 12.2 is a cask strength, heavily phenolic Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled at 57.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit spent three and a half years in ex-American oak casks in the distillery's lochside warehouses, then was recasked into Sauternes casks for a further 18 months.
Melon, white peach, honeysuckle and coconut bring sweetness alongside the peat smoke.
