Port Charlotte 18 Year Old is a heavily peated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, at 40 PPM, in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled at 52.3% ABV, in an edition of 8,000 bottles worldwide.
It was matured in a combination of first fill bourbon, sherry, virgin oak and Rhône Valley red wine casks.
Expect wood spice, brown sugar and bonfire smoke, with a subtle minerality.
