Bruichladdich The Organic is a 10-year-old Islay single malt from the 2012 vintage, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from 100% Scottish organic barley, grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides, and matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled without added colouring or chill-filtration. The distillery's aim with this bottling is to reflect the terroir of Islay.
