Bruichladdich The Organic 2011 is an unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 50% ABV.
It is made from organically grown Scottish barley from Mid Coul farm, near Inverness, and matured in American oak.
The nose is floral, with creamy vanilla and fudge. On the palate come honeyed citrus, ripe fruit and gentle spice, in a rich, creamy texture. The finish is soft and sweet.
