Bruichladdich Unpeated Islay Barley 2011 is a single malt from Islay, made entirely from barley grown on island farms and distilled without peat. It is bottled at 50% ABV.
The whisky was matured in fresh bourbon barrels together with second-fill and third-fill sweet white wine casks.
On the palate it is lively and balanced, with honeyed malt, orchard fruit, ripe apple, soft citrus and vanilla, a clean coastal freshness and a little oak spice.
