A traditional mezcal made exclusively from Espadin agave. The agave is slowly cooked in underground wood-fired ovens, then crushed and fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts.
It has smoky aromas with wet earth and fresh agave, followed by black pepper and an intrinsic sweetness that balances the smoke. The finish is long and persistent, with mineral notes and a light spiciness.
