Bruxo X Mezcal (70cl)

Bruxo X is a mezcal from Oaxaca, made entirely from Espadín agave grown for around eight to ten years before harvest. The hearts are slow-roasted in underground ovens on hot stones, ground, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled twice in copper stills. The nose combines herbs, citrus and a distinct smokiness. The palate is smooth yet complex, with vanilla, black pepper and an earthy undertone.
