Buchanan's Coconut is a flavoured spirit drink made from Buchanan's own selected blended Scotch whiskies with natural coconut flavouring. It is bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The flavour was inspired by coquito, the Puerto Rican coconut-rum eggnog, and follows the brand's Pineapple edition.
The nose is toasted coconut, vanilla and honey with soft oak and bright citrus. The palate is creamy and coconut-forward, with vanilla, caramel, tropical fruit and gentle baking spice. The finish is clean and delicate, with toasted oak, honey and sweet coconut.
