Buchanan's Green Seal is a blended Scotch whisky made in Scotland, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Its heart is a single malt from Glen Elgin Distillery that had not been released before. It was made with an experimental wine yeast, which brings out tropical fruit character. Master Blender Craig Wallace chose it to give the blend its personality.
In the glass it is described as zesty citrus with creamy milk chocolate and vanilla sweetness, followed by warm, lingering wood spice and a layer of dried fruits.
