Buchanan's Pineapple is a flavoured blended Scotch whisky in which the brand's caramel and vanilla-led Scotch is combined with natural pineapple and citrus flavours. It is bottled at 35% ABV.
The nose is candied pineapple with a light citrus lift over a mellow Scotch base. On the palate it is juicy and syrupy, with a hint of peat or oak, and the sweet finish recalls pineapple soda, with a smooth, lightly smoky trace of Scotch.
