Buchanan's Select 15 Year Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Buchanan's Select 15 Year is a blended malt Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. It is made entirely from single malt Scotch whiskies, each matured for at least 15 years, with no grain whisky in the blend. Master Blender Craig Wallace created it, and it was the first blended malt in the Buchanan's range. The house was founded by James Buchanan in 1884. The nose offers caramel and walnut with light apple and ripe pear. The palate is rich and golden-amber, with toffee sweetness, deep fruit and a smoky, barbecue-like heat. The finish is drying, with persistent toasted oak.
