Buckhorn Black Cherry Whiskey is an American whiskey made from Kentucky straight bourbon infused with natural black cherry flavour. It is bottled at 32.5% ABV (65 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The cherry sits over the bourbon, with sweetness balanced by whiskey warmth. It can be served neat, chilled or over ice, or mixed with cola, lemonade, iced tea or soda. The nose is ripe black cherry, soft vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. The palate opens with a rich cherry flavour, balanced by brown sugar, baking spice, light rye warmth and oak char. The finish is smooth and lingering, with cherry and vanilla and a gentle warmth.
