Buffalo Trace Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 1 litre bottle. It is made at Buffalo Trace Distillery from Mash Bill #1, a low-rye recipe of corn, rye and malted barley, and aged in new charred American oak.
Vanilla, mint and molasses lead the nose. The palate is sweet, with brown sugar and spice giving way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise, and the finish is long and smooth.
