The rye in the mash brings spice to the glass. The nose is described as sunny sawdust, buttered caramel and a hint of raisin, with buttered corn and brown sugar alongside.
On the palate come clove and nutmeg, then sweet corn, vanilla wafer and a touch of cocoa nib, with baked pecan, toasted coconut and cream. The finish carries a tinge of stone fruit.
