Buffalo Trace

Buffalo Trace is a Kentucky straight bourbon, first launched in 1999 by the distillery of the same name. It takes its name from the trails that migrating bison left along the Kentucky River, and is meant as a nod to the independent spirits who followed them. The whiskey is distilled from a mash of corn, rye and barley. It is usually described as having honey, vanilla and candied fruit, with a touch of spice and oak adding depth. It can be sipped or used in a favourite cocktail.
