A Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace, bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made from corn, rye and barley malt and aged in new oak barrels.
It is a deep amber colour. The nose is complex, with vanilla, mint and molasses. The palate is pleasantly sweet, with brown sugar and spice giving way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise, and the finish is long and smooth.
