Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made in Kentucky at the Buffalo Trace Distillery, from Kentucky corn, rye and malted barley.
It is aged for eight years in oak casks.
The nose is sweet, with caramel, vanilla and oak. The palate opens with sweet caramel and custard before a light savoury note comes through. The finish is soft and of good length, with cinnamon and spice.
