Buffalo Trace Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery, which stands on the banks of the Kentucky River. This is the distillery's signature bourbon, named in tribute to the buffalo and to the pioneers who followed their trails. It comes in a 375ml bottle. The whiskey is a deep amber colour. The aroma combines vanilla, mint and molasses. The taste is pleasantly sweet, with brown sugar and spice giving way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise, and the finish is long and smooth.
