A Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery is an old one in Kentucky and follows methods it has handed down for over 200 years.
The colour is a deep, bright amber. The nose brings vanilla, mint, molasses, toffee and aniseed. The palate is sweet and soft, moving to brown sugar and spice from the wood, and the finish is lingering.
