This is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Buffalo Trace Distillery in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council. The Rye Recipe uses the same grains as Buffalo Trace Bourbon and was aged for seven years in barrels designated as Kosher.
It was bottled at 94 proof, which is 47% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. The taste is described as balanced, smooth and yet complex.
