Buffalo Trace O.F.C. Vintage 2006 is a 19 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled in 2006 at Buffalo Trace Distillery. It takes its name from the Old Fashioned Copper Distillery and is aged in hand-selected new charred oak barrels. It comes in a 75cl crystal-cut decanter embossed with O.F.C.
The nose offers deep caramel, dried cherry, rich vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is bold and silky, with dark chocolate, toffee, ripe plum and baking spice. The finish is very long and warming, with lingering oak sweetness and subtle spice.
