Bulleit 10 Year Old Oak Cask is a Kentucky whisky matured for a decade in American white oak casks. It pours a deep amber.
The nose combines vanilla and caramel with toasted wood and sweet spice, nutmeg among them. The palate is soft yet robust, with a velvety texture that opens onto dark chocolate, tobacco and a little black pepper.
The finish is long and warm, with dried fruit and a faint trace of spice.
